Leeds United Under-23s were held to a 1-1 draw against Sheffield United at Bracken Moor Lane on Monday afternoon.

January signing Sam Dalby gave Leeds the lead on the outskirts of Sheffield, before Jake Wright equalised for the Blades.

Carlos Corberan’s side ended the game a man light after Bryce Hosannah was sent off for an alleged dive, which was deemed as a second bookable offence for the right-back.

Despite his gaffe, however, Hosannah’s performance appears to have caught they eye of several Leeds fans – some of whom are tipping him to compete for a first team place.

Here’s what they’re saying about the former Crystal Palace player’s display against Sheffield United…

Hosannah, who hails from London, only moved to Leeds last summer following a successful trial spell, but has been a regular in Corberan’s plans this season.

The 18-year-old has yet to make a first team appearance for any club, but will hope to take advantage of the Whites’ ongoing right-back shortage in the coming weeks and months.

Should Leeds call Hosannah into their first team?
