West Ham United striker Ashley Fletcher has been linked with Leeds United in the summer transfer window.

Leeds United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for West Ham United striker Ashley Fletcher.

Championship club Leeds want to sign Fletcher from Premier League club West Ham in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that the Hammers want to send the youngster on loan due to the signing of former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez from Bayer Leverkusen.

Leeds have asked to take the 21-year-old on loan, according to the report, which has also credited Middlesbrough, Reading and Wolverhampton Wanderers with interest in the England Under-20 international.

The former Manchester United prospect has been at the Hammers since 2016, but he has yet to establish himself in the first team.

For the youngster to develop and improve his game, he needs to play regularly, and staying at West Ham for the 2017-18 campaign is not going to make that happen.
