Leeds United have made just one signing so far this summer, with Lewis Baker joining Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

Leeds have made slow progress in the transfer window so far, with Lewis Baker their only addition.
Even the arrival of Marcelo Bielsa as manager has not sparked an influx of new additions.
And Kinnear’s comments have done little to ease Leeds’ fans concerns about their lack of activity so far.

He said: “We are making progress. It’s slow, it’s a tough market and there are things that are slow because of the World Cup but we expect things to speed up once people return back from that. There’ll be bigger moves at other clubs which trigger moves we might be able to make.
“It’s slow and steady but it’s absolutely under control. The discussions continue. It’s very considered and we’re not rushing into anything. Last year Victor (Orta, Leeds’ director of football) and I only arrived in June and we didn’t have a huge base of preparation to work off. We had to move quite quickly.
“This year the targets have been identified earlier so it’s a case of working hard to get the right people rather than working hard to get anybody.”
Despite Kinnear’s insistence that everything is under control, Leeds fans are beginning to become worried about their lack of action.
Leeds are known to be targeting new additions this summer, and are thought to have a considerable amount of money to spend.
The Whites have been linked with the likes of Matej Vydra and Harry Wilson already this summer, but they have seen far more departures than arrivals to date.
Bielsa’s squad are already back in pre-season training, but the group he is working with is currently small in numbers.
