Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw’s comments about the club’s upcoming games are not enough to win supporters over.

The Whites missed out on automatic promotion to both Norwich City and Sheffield United, after a late season collapse.

Forshaw told the club website that he believes, “We’ve got a massive opportunity,” as he looks ahead to the play-offs.

The former Middlesbrough man is attempting to be positive, at a time when Leeds need a lift.

Leeds have a game against Ipswich Town this weekend before the Championship play-off semi-finals, against an opponent yet to be confirmed.

Winning the semi-finals will set up a Wembley final, with promotion to the Premier League on the line for the winner.
