Leeds United fans believe Peterborough United have signed Marcus Maddison’s replacement.

Leeds United fans believe that the door has just opened for Marcus Maddison to move to Elland Road.
Peterborough United have signed George Cooper today from Crewe Alexandra, with the attacking midfielder becoming Grant McCann’s side’s second January signing.
Joe Ward has also joined the Posh, to strengthen their creative options.
And Leeds fans now feel that Maddison could be available for transfer this month.
Leeds have been linked with Maddison for a considerable amount of time now, but they have not been able to get a deal over the line.

Maddison would improve Thomas Christiansen’s side’s attacking ranks, if he was to make a switch to Elland Road.
Maddison has scored nine goals and claimed 20 assists in 37 appearances across all competitions for Posh this season.
