Could Theo Walcott moving to Everton push Aaron Lennon to leaving? Leeds United fans hope he will rejoin the club.

A decade ago the merits of Theo Walcott and Aaron Lennon were being argued repetitively by Arsenal and Tottenham fans.
Walcott’s move has the potential to push Lennon out, three years since joining the Toffees.
But if Lennon moves on, where is he headed? Leeds United supporters are hoping he could return back to where it all began for him.

Lennon played for Leeds at just 16-years-old back in 2003, becoming the club’s youngest ever player.
Unfortunately he broke into the team during a period of financial turmoil which saw a successful side break up, and he was sold to Tottenham in 2005.
This was a year after Leeds relegation to the Championship, and they still remain outside the top flight.

At present they sit in seventh place, and could be just a couple of signings away from mounting a serious promotion push.
Lennon’s intentions are unclear, but the 30-year-old has made only nine league starts this season.
Walcott’s arrival has the potential to further limit his chances, and Leeds fans believe this could open the door to a stunning return to Elland Road…
