Should Leeds United make moves for Peterborough United duo Jack Marriott and Marcus Maddison in the January transfer window?

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony seems to have praised the Leeds United hierarchy on social networking site Twitter.
MacAnthony, chairman of League One club Peterborough, seems to be impressed with how Leeds head coach Thomas Christiansen and owner Andrea Radrizzani have gone about their business so far this season.
The 41-year-old made the comments about the duo after a Leeds fan tried to a ‘broker a deal’ between him and Radrizzani on Twitter.
The Whites supporters introduced the two chairmen on the social networking site and then urged Radrizzani to sign 23-year-old striker Jack Marriott and Marcus Maddison, who is 24 years of age and can operate as a winger, attacking midfielder or left-back.

Marriott and Maddison are two of the best and most in-form players in League One at the moment, and both would be stunning signings for Leeds.
However, Peterborough are an ambitious club and are aiming to finish in the top six of League One this season.
Losing Marriott and Maddison will affect their chances of clinching a playoff spot, and one suspects that Posh will not sell them in the January transfer window.
