HITC Sport speaks to Leeds United fan Sam Morris, who has been a supporter for 24 years.

Q: What have you made of your team’s start to the season?
A: Amazing start which has well and truly gone flat. Really gutted we’ve bottled the play-offs like we have because this was the best chance we’ve had in a very long time to return to the Premier League.
Q: What are your opinions on your manager?
A: Been one of the best managers to come to Elland Road in a long time. We’d be daft not to renew his contract.

A: Can’t stand Cellino. Hope he sells up.
Q: Who is your favourite current player?
A: Chris Wood. Goal machine.
Q: Who is your favourite ever player?
A: Mark Viduka. Utter class.

Q: What has been your best memory of the club?
A: Premier League days when I first started going to the matches.
Q: What has been your most disappointing moment?
A: Relegation after relegation and the Cellino era.
Q: What has been your most shocking moment?
A: Hiring David Hockaday as manager.

Q: Which ground is your favourite away day?
A: Ewood Park (Blackburn Rovers).
Q: Who do you consider to be the club’s biggest rival and why?
A: Huddersfield Town – can’t stand the club and can’t stand their manager. Pathetic scenes on the sidelines last time we played them.

Q: Who do you feel has been the club’s best and worst summer signing?
A: Best has been Kyle Bartley. Worst has been Grimes or Roofe. The latter has been disappointing in my eyes.
Q: Who is your one player to watch out for this season?
A: Ronaldo Vieira. Top young talent.
Q: Is there a particular youth player that excites you, and why?
A: As stated, young Ronaldo!
Q: Where do you think the club will look to strengthen in the summer?
A: We need a back-up for Chris Wood, as well as new defenders! Bartley going back to Swansea at the end of the season and I doubt we’ll see him return as he’s good enough for the Premier League.
Q: Finally, where do you think your club will finish?
A: Out of the play-offs. Who cares where?!
