Young Leeds United duo need to follow Lewie Coyle’s path out on loan.
Leeds United have been busy in the transfer market this summer signing players for the first team and under-23 side.
The added competition is particularly tough on players who were on the fringes of the team, and face a tougher test to get into either side.
Right-back Lewie Coyle was last month sent out on loan to League One side Fleetwood Town, and youngsters Eoghan Stokes and Tyler Denton need to follow this path.
Stokes extended his contract by another 12 months in the summer, but his prospects at Leeds look unfortunately bleak when it comes to first team football this season.

Only an injury crisis could see him thrust into the first team picture, and even last season the younger Mallik Wilks was ahead of him.
Now Leeds have struck deals from three previously Spanish based strikers, Adrian Balboa, Ousama Sidiki and Kun Temenuzkhov.
The club will naturally have an interest in developing all three and giving them playing time in the under-23s, and this is an added reason why Republic of Ireland youth international Stokes should look to secure a loan, and try and get himself noticed.

Another youngster in a similar predicament is left-back Tyler Denton, who started last season as second choice and ended it as third choice.
The reported arrival of Cameron Borthwick-Jackson on loan from Manchester United [via ESPN] is an ominous sign for his future.
Denton has been part of the same under-23 side as Coyle and has only ever played in cup competitions for the senior team.
He is in need of a loan too, and like Stokes, playing another season in the under-23s instead of at a competitive level may not be in his best interests.
