Leeds United centre-back Aapo Halme has barely been seen since signing for the club.

Leeds United signed Aapo Halme from HJK Helsinki back in January but he has barely been seen since his arrival.
Signed as an addition to Leeds’ under-23 squad, injury has delayed Halme’s progress.
He suffered a stress fracture to his leg and had to undergo an operation, and the rehab process has taken time.
Halme returned to training a fortnight ago and he is now targeting a comeback for the under-23s next week against QPR.
Speaking to Finnish outlet Il Talehti, Halme said: “Next week I will play the game, hopefully.
“It was mentally most difficult – not physically in itself.”

Halme had played first team football for HJK in Finland before joining the Whites.
He sustained his injury in his first month at Leeds, and his time at the club just never got started.
Leeds’ under-23s have only played twice so far this season, beating Coventry City 2-1 and Millwall 1-0.
