Leeds United want Colin Dagba but face a real battle with a host of other clubs for the signing of the Paris Saint-German talent.

The Whites have secured two signings already this summer with both Brenden Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen arriving from Red Bull Salzburg.

Jesse Marsch worked with both players in Austria and it’s clear that the American is being backed in this summer’s transfer window.

More signings will be needed though and Leeds are now being linked with one of Paris Saint-Germain’s bright young talents.

Leeds United want Colin Dagba

Foot Mercato claim that Leeds are one of the teams ‘seduced’ by the qualities of Paris Saint-Germain talent Colin Dagba.

It’s stated that Villarreal, Eintracht Frankfurt and Mainz are also keen on Dogma, alongside Strasbourg.

Dagba, 23, joined PSG from Boulogne back in 2016 with the Paris giants picking him out as a real talent for the future.

Primarily a right back, Dagba has notched 77 first-team appearances for PSG and has now won three league titles.

Yet with 166 league minutes under his belt this past season, Dagba has seemingly decided that he wants to leave.

Agent Pini Zahavi – one of the most powerful agents in the game – is now being charged with the task of finding Dagba a new club.

Christopher Nkunku and Moussa Diaby have shown that you can ascend to stardom away from Paris Saint-Germain but Leeds seem like a strange destination.

Leeds just signed Kristensen to become their right back of the future and unless the likes of Luke Ayling and Cody Drameh are both leaving, a move for Dagba just doesn’t make sense.

What we think has happened here is that Leeds may have shown an interest in Dagba as an alternative to Kristensen just in case they missed out on the Dane.

With Kristensen now on board, it’s hard to see Dagba joining Leeds this summer.
