Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Cardiff City and Swansea City are interested in signing Cody Drameh from Leeds United in the January transfer window.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that Swansea have asked Leeds to sign Drameh on a loan deal this month.
However, according to Romano, the 20-year-old full-back will join Cardiff soon on loan until the end of the season.
Romano has added that several Premier League clubs are now monitoring Drameh for next season.
Cody Drameh to leave Leeds for Cardiff on loan
Loan exit is sensible
In our view, leaving Leeds for Cardiff on loan for the rest of the season is sensible for Drameh.
The 20-year-old, who cost Leeds £1 million (The Sun), is just starting out in his career.

Drameh has made three appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The Championship is a very competitive and rigorous domestic league, and the Leeds youngster would learn a lot and mature as well.
Cardiff are only four points above the relegation zone at the moment, so Drameh will have to hit the ground running, if indeed, he moves to the Welsh club.
