Leeds United supporters want Rob Green back, following his release from Huddersfield Town.

Leeds United fans have suggested taking Rob Green back, after it was announced he is set to be released by Huddersfield Town today.
Green left Leeds to join Huddersfield last summer, but the transfer move didn’t work for either party.
Green didn’t feature for the Terriers at all in the Premier League, while Leeds struggled to find a reliable stopper.

Felix Wiedwald and Andy Lonergan were both brought in to replace Green, but neither did an effective job.
In the end, Leeds had to turn to youngster Bailey Peacock-Farrell to be their number one.
And many Whites fans now want Green brought back to help give Peacock-Farrell some competition next term.
Green was a reliable custodian during his one season with Leeds in 2016/17.
The veteran stopper made very few errors, and would surely improve Paul Heckingbottom’s squad, if he was brought back to Elland Road.
