
Leeds have signed Brenden Aaronson and the playmaker turned in a superb performance for the United States on Wednesday night.
The Whites wasted no time in strengthening their squad having narrowly avoided relegation from the Premier League in May.
Within days of the Premier League season ending, Leeds pounced to sign playmaker Aaronson from Red Bull Salzburg.
Aaronson worked with Leeds boss Jesse Marsch at Salzburg and the two Americans have now reunited at Elland Road.

The 21-year-old looks to have a huge future ahead of him and he will hopefully bring the creativity Leeds are seeking.
Aaronson is currently on international duty and that may just allow Leeds fans to see him in action.
The US took on Morocco in a friendly on Wednesday night and ran out 3-0 winners.
Aaronson scored the opening goal of the game, sweeping home from close range after great approach play from Christian Pulisic.
The late run into the box is exactly what Leeds fans are looking to see and will hope that he produces the same quality next season and beyond.

So what do the US press make of Aaronson’s performance?
NBC Sports gave Aaronson a 7.5 out of 10, praising him for ‘relentless running’ that resulted in his opening goal.
MLS Soccer matched that rating, giving Aaronson a 7.5. They praised Aaronson for adjusting to playing as a box-to-box midfield player, hailing him for a ‘dynamic’ performance.
CBS Sports went even higher, giving Aaronson a 9 out of 10. They claimed that Aaronson’s footballing brain is ‘next level’ and praised his energy.
It looks like Leeds have struck gold with Aaronson and the praise being sent his way over in the States will leave Whites fans very, very excited.
