Leeds United midfielder Eunan O’Kane has struggled badly in recent weeks.

Paul Heckingbottom should drop Eunan O’Kane in Leeds United’s next match, as the midfielder’s form has been poor for weeks now.
Heckingbottom has stood by O’Kane so far, but the Republic of Ireland international is yet to repay his new manager’s faith.
O’Kane was very poor in Leeds’ match against Sheffield United, which they lost 2-1.
And he wasn’t much better at the weekend, as Leeds took on Bristol City. O’Kane struggled in the contest, and was taken off in the 73rd minute.

Leeds completed their comeback with O’Kane off the pitch, and Heckingbottom should keep the midfielder on the bench on Tuesday evening now.
While O’Kane has proven before he is a capable performer at Championship level, he is badly out of form, and needs to be taken out of the firing line.

Leeds can still call upon the likes Kalvin Phillips and Ronaldo Vieira to play in the centre of the pitch, so it is not like they are short of options.
And it is time for O’Kane to be dropped, so Heckingbottom can see if any of his other midfielders can do a better job.
