Kalvin Phillips played well for Leeds United against Swansea City on Saturday.

Phillips was in action for Leeds in their Championship game against Swansea at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.
The 23-year-old central midfielder suffered an injury during the match, but the Englishman carried on playing and finished the match.
Bielsa was impressed with Phillips’s mettle, and the Leeds head coach has spoken highly of the Englishman.
Bielsa told Leeds Live about Phillips: “He is a very brave player. After his problem all of the kicks he received he never put his level down.
“In the moment when we were thinking of subs, he returned to the game and was ready to continue playing the game.”

Another strong performance
Phillips was superb against Swansea and showed great strength to hold the opposition players in tight areas.
According to WhoScored, the 23-year-old central midfielder had a pass accuracy of 87.9%, won three headers, made nine tackles, two interceptions and one clearance, and played two passes.
Disappointing result
Although Swansea are a strong team, Leeds will be disappointed that they lost to the Swans at Elland Road.
The Whites did create chances, but the West Yorkshire outfit failed to take them, and that was one of the main reasons why they could not win.
