Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United lost against Brentford on Monday.

The West Yorkshire outfit suffered a 2-0 loss at the hands of Brentford away from home at Griffin Park in the Championship on Monday afternoon.
The defeat means that Bielsa’s side are now three points behind second-placed Sheffield United and six behind leaders Norwich City.
With just two more rounds of matches left in the Championship this season, it is going to be extremely tough for Leeds to finish in the top two and clinch automatic promotion to the Premier League.
After the defeat to Brentford on Monday afternoon, Leeds attacking midfielder Hernandez was visibly emotional.
The 34-year-old former Valencia and Swansea City star, who can also operate as a winger, had a very disappointing game, as whatever he tried to pull off, it just did not happen.

Leeds head coach Bielsa has given his take on the Spaniard getting emotional after the defeat to Brentford.
Bielsa told The Yorkshire Evening Post about Hernandez getting emotional: “The protagonist feels different emotions to an observer. The player puts his body on the line.
“Pablo deserved to finish first or second. He and the whole team, but especially him. I understand how he feels.”
