Leeds United have gotten progressively better under Garry Monk it seems.

Leeds United boss Garry Monk has told LUTV that his side’s belief can be their “strongest weapon” this season.
The Whites have improved game after game under Monk and Leeds beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 on Saturday for their first Championship win of the campaign.

That victory came four days after a last-gasp 1-1 draw at Fulham which stemmed the tide of two defeats – a 3-0 demolition at QPR on the opening weekend of the season and a 2-1 loss to Birmingham City a week later.
Monk points to the strong mentality within his squad as a reason for the constant progress, and notes that an unwavering belief in and around his side could be United’s biggest asset going forward.

“We have great belief. You can see the belief in the players, the staff. Everyone at the club believes in what we’re doing and the plan that we have,” he told LUTV.
“Of course we understand there’ll be setbacks along the way, but with every setback we’ve had so far we’ve made sure we reacted and kept going, believing in what we’re doing and that will be our strongest weapon this season.”
