Leeds United defeated Blackburn in the week with a 2-1 victory at Elland Road. The game saw Northern Ireland winger Stuart Dallas brought in from the cold.
It was his first league game for Leeds in nearly a month after he struggled to find his best form at the start of the season.
After a summer on international duty with Northern Ireland, not to mention getting married, the 25-year-old was forgiven for being slightly rusty.

But his performance v Blackburn was much improved and Leeds boss Garry Monk has since declared himself pleased with the performance.
Speaking to TV Yorkshire the Leeds boss had this to say on Dallas:
“He had an excellent performance.
“He had a very busy summer. There’s a plan you have to put into place with all the national players playing in a big tournament.
“Emotionally it’s a big ask for them to come straight back in and at a high level.
“So Stuey has worked hard behind the scenes. He understood right from the very start what his plan was and he contributed well on Tuesday.
“His job now is to keep improving and keep working hard.”

Dallas’ performance was certainly his best of the season so far and is hopefully a sign that he has full recovered from his summer excursions.
The Northern Irish winger was easily one of Leeds’ best players throughout last season and for them to achieve anything of note this term a similar campaign will be expected from the former Brentford star.
Hopefully this is the beginning of some consistent displays from Dallas.
