Leeds United are due to face Queens Park Rangers in Championship action at the weekend.

Leeds United boss Garry Monk has told BBC Radio Leeds that he has been very impressed by the job Ian Holloway has done at Loftus Road.

Leeds are due to face QPR this weekend, and Monk is expecting a very tough test.

The 38-year-old boss feels that Holloway’s side are very unpredictable, and that makes setting his Leeds side up for the match a challenge.

“We always seem to be facing teams that are in form! That makes it extra difficult,” Monk said.

“You can see what he’s trying to do is to try and understand his squad and help him going forward, and who maybe not.

He has experimented a bit, and it’s not the easiest [game] to prepare for.

“It’ll be an interesting game, I’m sure, he’s a great guy, Ian, and credit to him, I think he’s doing a great job at QPR.”

QPR go into their match at Elland Road, on the back of four wins in their last five outings.

Rangers beat Barnsley 2-1 in their most recent contest, and they were very impressive during the match.

Leeds also head into the game in strong form, after going unbeaten in their last five matches.

The Whites’ latest result was a 1-1 draw with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Tuesday evening.

If Leeds are able to beat QPR, they could move up to third place in the Championship table – providing Huddersfield Town lose to Brentford tomorrow.
