Barcelona are now willing to offer the likes of Sergino Dest, Clement Lenglet or Martin Braithwaite in a potential deal for Leeds United star Raphinha.
That’s according to Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, who claim that Barcelona are offering players in exchange for Raphinha.
Seemingly aiming to bring the price tag for Raphinha down, Barcelona are trying all the tricks in the book.
Finding players who would trade Barcelona for Leeds isn’t easy though – not everybody wants to make the move Junior Firpo chose last summer!
Defender Oscar Mingueza, for instance, isn’t keen on a move to Leeds as part of a deal that would take Raphinha to the Camp Nou.
Barcelona have other fringe players in mind though, proposing right back Dest and centre back Lenglet to Leeds – but neither of them want to go either.
It’s added that striker Braithwaite – formerly of Middlesbrough – is also on offer to Leeds as Barcelona desperately try to sign Raphinha this summer.
With Mingueza, Dest and Lenglet seemingly reluctant to join Leeds, Barcelona are running out of potential swap deals for the Brazilian star.
Would Dest, Lenglet or Braithwaite make sense for Leeds?
American boss Jesse Marsch will be very familiar with Dest’s quality and what an addition he would be for the Whites.
Speedy and praised as ‘unreal’ by United States boss Gregg Berhalter for his attacking play, Dest showed enormous potential with Ajax.

The move to Barcelona hasn’t quite worked out, but Dest is the kind of expansive right back Leeds would no doubt love to unleash under Marsch.
Lenglet cost Barcelona £32million in the summer of 2018 having excelled with Sevilla.
The French defender has been hit and miss for Barcelona, but would be a quality addition for Leeds if they can get him back to his Sevilla form.
A move for Braithwaite, who struggled at Boro, wouldn’t really set pulses racing at Leeds and wouldn’t exactly displace Patrick Bamford in the pecking order.
Dest or Lenglet are appealing, but it sounds like Leeds face a struggle convincing them to join this summer.
