Aston Villa play host to Leeds United in the Championship tomorrow.
During an interview with the club’s official website, Villa striker Ross McCormack shared how he is relishing the porpoect of facing former club Leeds United tomorrow.
The 30-year-old hitman spent four years at Elland Road, scoring 58 goals for the Whites during his spell in West Yorkshire.
And he is set to face his former club tomorrow when Leeds travel to Villa Park to take on his current club, in what will be a hugely important game for both sides.

And McCormack explained why he is relishing the fixture, highlighting Leeds as a club that is very close to his heart, as quoted by avfc.co.uk:
“It’s always good to come up against your former team – and there’s always a bit of banter from the opposition supporters! They are a good team and are in good form so we need to be at our best. We are confident – we’ve won five home games in a row – so we need to take that belief into this latest fixture. I am looking forward to it. Leeds is one of the clubs that is really close to my heart. It will be a good game, I’m sure.”

The Scotland international striker has struggled to establish himself since his £12 million move to Villa Park from Fulham in the summer, and has scored just three goals in 18 appearances for the Villans.
Steve Bruce will need him more than ever over the next month, with Jonathan Kodjia set to depart with the Ivory Coast squad for the African Cup of Nations.
Villa’s game against Leeds kicks off at 19:45 tomorrow, and can be seen live on Sky Sports 1.
