Aston Villa and Leeds United saw deals with Swansea City fall through yesterday at the last minute.

Leeds United fans are not the only club who are fuming with Swansea City over their deadline day business, as Aston Villa supporters are also very angry with them.
Swansea pulled the plug on Leeds’ deal for Daniel James at the last minute, and they did the same with Villa and Leroy Fer.
Although Villa still managed to get Tom Carroll from Swansea in the end, Dean Smith’s side initially had wanted Fer.
And neither Villa nor Leeds supporters are happy with Swansea’s actions yesterday.
Leeds failing to land James was a huge disappointment for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
Leeds had put all their hopes into signing James, but were let down at the final stages.
Villa, meanwhile, did at least have a back-up plan, as they strengthened considerably yesterday.
Both Carroll and Tyrone Mings arrived at Villa yesterday, with Dean Smith’s side adding in both midfield and defence.
