Leeds attacker Tyler Roberts is a wanted man with five Championship clubs now attempting to snap him up on loan this summer.
The Whites have brought in an attacking midfielder this summer in Brenden Aaronson and a striker should be on the way in soon.
Whether that’s Arnaud Kalimuendo or somebody else, Leeds simply have to add another striker – but that will mean trouble for Tyler Roberts.
The Welsh international plays as a number 10 or striker, but his chances of first-team action may be dwindling.
Leeds attacker Tyler Roberts is a wanted man
Roberts, 23, only started seven Premier League games for Leeds last season and totalled just 979 top-flight minutes.
For an attacking player to manage just nine goals in 108 games across all competitions is a truly dismal record.
Roberts is a great presser and was hailed as a ‘serious player’ by Marcelo Bielsa, who loved the personality, character and maturity of Roberts from a young age.
The end product just hasn’t been there though and Bielsa would often call for Roberts from the bench to moans and groans from Leeds fans.

With the World Cup around the corner, Roberts will want to be playing in order to shine for Wales – and he has major interest at the moment.
The Daily Mail report that Queens Park Rangers and Hull City have both made contact to try and take Roberts on loan with a view to a permanent deal.
As is often the case, Roberts now has interest from elsewhere too with Birmingham City, Cardiff City and Huddersfield Town all interested.
You can imagine that many other Championship clubs will now join the chase for Roberts, who still has two years left on his Leeds deal.
Leeds paid £2.5million rising to £4million back in 2018 and may feel that their investment hasn’t quite worked out as planned; now there is a real chance for Roberts to go and shine elsewhere.
