Leeds United are reportedly keen on signing Juventus’ Moise Kean.

Leeds United may have brought in a host of strikers during the summer transfer window, but that isn’t stopping links to more forwards this month.
Having seen Chris Wood, Souleymane Doukara and Marcus Antonsson leave the club, Leeds moved to snap up Pierre-Michel Lasogga, Caleb Ekuban, Pawel Cibicki and Jay-Roy Grot.
However, none of those four attackers have truly replaced Wood, and that means that Thomas Christiansen’s men may well look for a new striker this month.
Now, reports from Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio claim that Leeds are interested in snapping up Moise Kean during this month’s transfer window, in an attempt to boost their front line.

Some Leeds fans may not be too familiar with Kean, so here are five facts about the Whites’ latest alleged transfer target…
1. Kean, 17, started his career with Asti and Torino before heading to Juventus in 2010, where has has built up a strong reputation as one of Europe’s most talented players.
2. Kean became the first player born in the 2000’s to play in the Champions League when he featured for Juventus against Sevilla in November 2016, setting his own record in the competition.

3. Kean even became the first player born in the 2000’s to score in one of Europe’s five major leagues, as he opened his Juve account with a goal against Bologna in May 2017.
4. The striker has hit 13 goals in 28 caps for Italy across various youth levels, but he can still qualify to play for the Ivory Coast through his father.
5. Kean is currently out on loan at Verona, where he has scored twice in 15 Serie A games this season, though only eight of those have come as a starter.
