According to Tuttosport, Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United are leading the race for Torino wing-back Ola Aina, a player Chelsea let go from Stamford Bridge in 2019.
Leeds lead race for Ola Aina, Chelsea sold him
The Italian publication has claimed that Leeds are keen on signing Aina from Torino in the January transfer window.
Serie A club Torino are reportedly open to cashing in on the Nigeria international wing-back and are looking for €8 million (£7 million) in transfer fees for the 26-year-old.
Interestingly, that is £2 million less than what Torino paid for the wing-back to Chelsea.

Chelsea sold Aina to Torino for £8.67 million (The Sun) in 2019.
Tuttosport have reported that Torino are happy to sell Aina now because of his inconsistent performances and also due to his current contract coming to an end in the summer of 2023.
Elland Road transfer possible?
In our view, Leeds United could be able to sign right-back Ola Aina from Torino in the January transfer window.
The Serie A club seem eager to offload the Nigeria international, and £7 million for a player who was at Chelsea and had a loan spell at Fulham and is still only 26 does not sound like a bad deal for the West Yorkshire club, whose main objective this season is to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
