Leeds United youngster says he is ‘happy to be here’.

Leeds United youngster Oriol Rey has been one of the brightest players for the under-23s this season.
The Spaniard is capable of playing in central midfield or defence and he has been a key figure in the success of Carlos Corberan’s side.
Rey starred as Leeds under-23s signed off for the season with a 4-0 win over Bristol City earlier this week.
He took a little of a gamble by leaving Barcelona’s academy last summer but he has no regrets and posted in a tweet that he is ‘happy to be here’.
Rey’s Barcelona footballing education is very apparent in his performances and confidence in possession and it seems only a matter of time before he gets a first team call.
It is not impossible that Rey is given a chance at Leeds during the final two games of the season.

Fellow youngsters Tom Pearce and Paudie O’Connor have shone when they have been called up and Rey looks as much of a surefire bet for success that the under-23s have.
With nothing to play for other than pride against Norwich and QPR, Leeds really should think about rewarding Rey with an opportunity.
