The Leeds United manager might be under pressure a little.

Stuart Dallas has told LUTV that he pays little attention to the “nonsense” rumours surrounding Garry Monk’s future as Leeds United manager.
Before last night, Monk had managed to win just one of his six Championship games since replacing Steve Evans as Leeds boss in June.
By virtue of the fact that he is the seventh manager to have worked with the Whites in Massimo Cellino’s two-and-a-half year spell as owner, it is fair to say that the Italian businessman has absolutely no problem when it comes to changing his head coach.

The Sun reported on Tuesday that defeat by bottom-of-the-table Blackburn Rovers would be the final straw for Cellino, but Leeds beat their Lancashire counterparts 2-1 last night, with Kyle Bartley grabbing an 86th-minute winner for the hosts.
Those three points will alleviate some of the reported pressure on the 38-year-old for now, and Dallas, who started against Rovers, can only see United getting better and pays little heed to what is written in the media.

“I don’t read the newspapers. Obviously people have brought speculation about the manager but it’s nonsense really,” he told LUTV. “He’s a good manager and we’ve bought into what he’s doing. I can only see us getting better.”
Leeds, who now sit 17th in the Championship table, visit Cardiff City on Saturday.
