Leeds defender’s season is finally over.

While most of his Leeds United teammates have been on holiday, Pontus Jansson’s season had been continuing over the international fixtures.
Jansson was in action for Sweden last night against Spain.
Spain won the game 3-0, with Jansson’s season ending on another low note.
The Leeds star missed out on the play-offs due to injury, with the Whites losing to Derby over two legs.
Jansson was pictured on the sidelines during and after the game looking crestfallen.
His message after last night’s game said he was in need of a break.
Jansson evidently needs time to clear his head after a painful end to the season.
Despite Sweden’s loss, Jansson described the international break as a ‘fantastic week’.
It might have given him the lift he needed. Now he just needs to get ready to go again for Leeds.
