Leeds are top of the table for Christmas after beating Aston Villa.

Luke Ayling has posted on Twitter after a video of Aston Villa star Yannick Bolasie nutmegging the Leeds United defender with an audacious bit of improvised skill has gone viral.
Tammy Abraham and Conor Hourihane gave Aston Villa the lead in the first half, with two well-taken goals and securing a comfortable lead at the break. But Leeds had always looked dangerous.
In the second half, the introduction of Jack Clarke changed the game, and he scored his first senior goal before Pontus Jansson equalised. Deep into injury time, Kemar Roofe scored an excellent winner to win 3-2.
During the second half, Bolasie had his back to goal near the corner flag but managed to wriggle past defender and Leeds captain for the day Ayling, with a little drag back and then a nutmeg – posted on Twitter by Sky Sports Football.
Sunday afternoon’s win was Ayling’s first game back from injury since October, and he excelled on the right side of defence. His return will be a huge boost for the Whites in their hunt for promotion.
The former Bristol City and Arsenal youth player Tweeted in reaction to the video, hilariously telling people to “Give me a break” as he continues to get teased on social media with the video of Bolasie’s trick.
Leeds are next in action on boxing day as they play host to Blackburn Rovers, which were responsible for one of the only three losses suffered by the Whites so far this season.
