The Leeds manager has overseen some disappointing results.

After an encouraging start to the season following the appointment of Thomas Christiansen as manager, Leeds have endured a difficult time of late and have now lost eight of their last ten games.
The 4-1 defeat away to league leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday night was the latest blow for Leeds, who are now in tenth place in the Championship, with the fear being that this could be yet another season in which the club fail to earn promotion to the Premier League.
Christiansen’s position isn’t under a great deal of scrutiny at present but should Leeds’ slump continue then questions will inevitably start to be asked regarding whether the Dane is the right man for the job.

In the event that Christiansen is sacked, there won’t be a shortage of candidates for Leeds with regards to potential replacements, and Tony Pulis should be chief amongst them.
Pulis is available following his dismissal by West Bromwich Albion, where he oversaw a miserable commencement to the campaign.

The 59-year-old was heavily criticised for West Brom’s form but he would surely relish the opportunity to make a quick return to management and, given his vast amount of Premier League experience, he could be a useful asset in England’s second tier.
If he was to be appointed then Pulis would hope to make Leeds more resilient at the back and would be determined to restore his managerial reputation, which has taken something of a battering in recent weeks.
Pulis has never been relegated – but would he have the quality to take Leeds up?
