Wolves are reportedly willing to let John leave on loan.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly willing to let defender Cameron John leave the newly-promoted Premier League side on loan – and that should spark Victor Orta into action at Leeds United.
The Daily Mail claim 19-year-old John will be allowed to leave Wolves on loan in January as he faces a tough ask in breaking into Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, with the likes of Conor Coady and Willy Boly ahead of him in the pecking order.
The report claims John has attracted plenty of interest for his performances with Wolves’ Under-23 side, as many scouts were in attendance to watch the centre-back during a recent 2-1 win over Manchester United.
It is also believed that a Championship club had a bid of £500,000 rejected in the summer, and Wolves are now willing to let the highly-rated stopper leave on loan in January.
It should convince Leeds director of football Orta to take action and bring in some much-needed cover at centre-back for both Liam Cooper and Pontus Jansson.
The duo have been excellent for Leeds, with Cooper even admitting himself that he is in the form of his life as he continues to captain the Whites with aplomb. But other than the two centre-backs, Leeds have little options.

Conor Shaughnessy remains plagued by injury, while Luke Ayling is battling to be fit by January. Gaetano Berardi is once again sidelined, after only just returning from a two-month lay-off.
Marcelo Bielsa’s style of play will mean Leeds need to target a player who is confident in possession but solid without the ball, and John is a perfect example of that. Landing him on loan would be a sensible, decent signing.
