Does Leeds United’s Samu Saiz have an audition today?

El Gol Digital reported last month that Valencia are interested in Leeds United’s Samu Saiz.
It looks like the 27-year-old might’ve played his last game for the Whites, having left in December to join Getafe on a half-season loan.
But the Spanish publication claimed in February that Los Che might be keen on bringing him to the Mestalla.
If there’s any truth to that rumour whatsoever, today could be a very big game for the Leeds-owned playmaker.
Getafe visit Valencia this afternoon in what could be sort of an audition for Saiz, who joined the Elland Road side in the summer of 2017.
If he plays and impresses, well it could be just another big step away from West Yorkshire.
Dazzling against his reported suitors would be a pretty good way to endear himself to his prospective employers, which enhances the chance of him never returning to Leeds – not that they need him.
Saiz is a brilliant footballer, but he struggled during the first part of the season under Marcelo Bielsa and with United hunting Premier League promotion, they could ill afford any weak links in the chain.
