Leeds United have been unbelievably inconsistent lately, but they have a great chance of getting a win against Southampton on Tuesday evening.

The Whites will be desperate to get back to winning ways after an unlucky loss to Wolves on Friday, and they couldn’t have picked better opponents to come up against in their next fixture.

Southampton have been in poor form as of late, failing to win any of their last seven league games, and it looks as though their confidence has taken something of a hit after their 9-0 loss to Manchester United last month.

Marcelo Bielsa will have this earmarked as a game Leeds are capable of winning, but in order to do that he’ll have to get his team selection spot on.

With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting their starting XI for this match.

We think Marcelo Bielsa will make two changes from the team that lost to Wolves.

We expect two youngsters to drop out of the side as Tyler Roberts and Jamie Shackletonare replaced by Ezgjan Alioski and Diego Llorente.

Roberts and Shackleton didn’t have the best of games against Wolves, and with Llorente back fit, we expect there to be a bit of a reshuffle.

Alioski comes in at left-back, allowing Stuart Dallas to shift back into the midfield, while Llorente’s introduction at centre-half will allow Struijk to move into the Kalvin Phillips role.

Aside from that, the Whites line up about how you’d expect them to, with the usual suspects lining up in their regular positions.
