Leeds United seem to be playing some of their best football after back to back wins against Newcastle and Leicester City, but they face another tough task on Wednesday evening as they face off against Everton.

The Toffees have been brilliant all season, and they’ll be keen to get back to winning ways after losing to Newcastle over the weekend.

Leeds memorably won the reverse fixture via a fantastic goal from Raphinha, but sadly they may be without their Brazilian talisman for this one after he went down with an injury against Leicester.

Marcelo Bielsa has a number of injury issues to navigate for this one, and with that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Whites’ starting XI against Everton.

We don’t think that Marcelo Bielsa will be keen to change his line-up for this one, but we think he may be forced into two switches.

The back five remains largely the same as what we’ve seen lately, and with Robin Koch and Diego Llorente out for the foreseeable future, we don’t expect this to change much in the near future.

The midfield is where there are two switches.

Kalvin Phillips retains his spot in the base of the midfield, but Raphinha and Rodrigo miss out through injury, so Mateusz Klich and Helder Costa come in.

Costa gets the nod here due to the fact that Ian Poveda is also out of action, but if the youngster was available here, we may have expected him to get a start.

Stuart Dallas retains his spot in the midfield, while Jack Harrison and Patrick Bamford start after scoring against Leicester, despite the fact Bamford is reportedly nursing a knock.
