Leeds United face their Championship rivals in the third round of the FA Cup this weekend.

With greater priorities, it is incredibly difficult to work out how important Marcelo Bielsa deems the FA Cup to be ahead of Leeds’ third round tie with Queens Park Rangers this weekend.
Getting knocked out would enable the Whites to concentrate on their Championship promotion charge. But three defeats on the spin would amp up the pressure heading into Friday’s clash with Derby.
But with Bielsa working with a small squad, it would probably not be a huge surprise to see several changes made, with some of the weary-looking first-team regulars getting a much-needed break.
The likes of Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Luke Ayling, Barry Douglas and Mateusz Klich would benefit from a day off. The goalkeeper has struggled in recent weeks, while the three outfield players have not been at their best lately either.

Will Huffer may perhaps get another chance in goal, while Jamie Shackleton and Leif Davis could come into the defence, alongside Aapo Halme – who will surely replace the suspended Kalvin Phillips.
Klich could potentially be replaced by Lewis Baker. With Klich struggling to rediscover his form from the early weeks of the campaign, it could be a fantastic opportunity for Baker. Some may argue that it could also be his last chance after an underwhelming loan spell.
Jack Harrison is unfortunate to miss out after an impressive showing at the City Ground, but Jack Clarke’s goal perhaps makes Sunday the perfect time to see how he does when he is picked from the start.

Kemar Roofe had a frustrating afternoon at Forest, and may also benefit from a rest. Tyler Roberts could get an important chance to impress with Patrick Bamford edging back towards full fitness.
Admittedly, predicting Bielsa’s lineup for this weekend is a tough task, but here is how the side may look if he makes a raft of changes…
