Leeds United will be hoping to get back to winning ways in the Championship this weekend.
Leeds will be hoping to end their four-match winless run against the team that ended their unbeaten start to the season back in September as they host Millwall at Elland Road.
Three defeats and one draw have seen the Whites fall out of the top six in the Championship and out of the FA Cup, and they will go into the game against the Lions without three key players, with Eunan O’Kane beginning a three-match suspension after his red card at Ipswich.
He joins Samuel Saiz and Luke Ayling on the sidelines, and their absences may clear the way for two of Leeds’ January signings to make their debuts and an Elland Road favourite to make his long-awaited return to the side.
Leeds have enjoyed a busy window, but their focus has certainly been split between players who can improve the squad now and in the future. Two men who have been signed to boost the first-team however, are Laurens De Bock and Adam Forshaw.
De Bock may perhaps replace Vurnon Anita at left-back, while Forshaw may come straight in following his move from Middlesbrough and replace O’Kane alongside Kalvin Phillips in the middle of the park.
Meanwhile, Pawel Cibicki came off with an injury at Portman Road and his replacement Hadi Sacko did little to convince the fans that deserves more game-time, so perhaps that may leave the path clear for Stuart Dallas to make his first appearance since November on the right wing.
Elsewhere, Kemar Roofe may keep his place up front, with Pablo Hernandez behind him and Gjanni Alioski on the left-hand side against Neil Harris’ men.
