Burnley are thought to be interested in Hull’s Andrew Robertson and Charlie Taylor of Leeds.
Burnley manager Sean Dyche
It seems as if Burnley are on the hunt for a new left-back this summer as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of a second successive season in the Premier League.
With Stephen Ward their only option there currently, competition is needed and the Lancashire Telegraph says the Clarets are looking at both Hull City’s Andrew Robertson and Charlie Taylor of Leeds United.
Yet which would be the best choice?
Andrew Robertson
The Scotland international has been on Sean Dyche’s radar for some time and would probably be open to a move from Hull following their relegation in 2016/17.
However, according to the Mirror, Robertson is holding out for a switch to Liverpool and therefore Burnley may be wasting their time trying to bring him to Turf Moor.

Charlie Taylor
Taylor’s exit from Leeds United has seemed inevitable since he refused to play on the last day of the season, although as yet nothing concrete has been decided.
The 23-year-old is out of contract, although as he is under 24 a fee will have to be agreed with the Whites for his signature and unlike Robertson, he has no top flight experience.
