Pablo Hernandez joined Leeds United in the summer transfer window.

Pablo Hernandez has played just five Championship matches for Leeds United so far this season, but it is clear that he merits a permanent contract.
The Spanish attacker, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, joined Leeds on loan from Al-Arabi in the summer transfer window.
The 31-year-old’s loan deal with the West Yorkshire outfit runs until January 2017.
Hernandez recently told BBC Radio Leeds that he is happy at Leeds at the moment, but he did not discuss his long-term future (click here to read more).

The former Valencia star has already showed what he is capable of and is starting to establish himself as a key member of Garry Monk’s team.
The Spaniard has scored one goal and created 15 chances in five Championship matches for the Whites so far this season.
Leeds need to look into making Hernandez’s loan deal permanent as soon as possible.

Many might suggest that five games are not enough to judge a player, but Hernandez has done it all in England before.
The attacker played well in the Premier League during his spell at Swansea City, and he could turn out to be one of the most creative players in the Championship this season if he is deployed regularly in the number 10 role.
Hernandez is happy at Leeds, and the club should take advantage of this situation and try to convince him to commit his long-term future to the Whites.
