Leeds United’s Mateusz Klich looks intent on returning to Elland Road this summer.

Mateusz Klich has told Dutch newspaper AD he is “99 percent” sure that he will return to Leeds United this summer.
The 27-year-old midfielder left Leeds on a half-season loan to join FC Utrecht in the Eredivisie in January.
Former United boss Thomas Christiansen, sacked in February, only gave the Poland international 135 minutes of football in the first half of the season, following his £1.5 million move from FC Twente last summer.
But Klich has impressed since returning to the Netherlands and scored his first goal for the club in Sunday’s 1-0 victory over VVV Venlo. In the previous match, Klich set up 11 goalscoring chances for his team – the highest number of chances created by anybody in that division since Christian Eriksen six years ago.

Having failed to impress in West Yorkshire, though, the talented midfielder confirms he is almost certain returning to Elland Road, where he has “unfinished business”.
“I spoke with them, they want me back,” he told the print edition of AD [07/05/2018].
“The chance that I will return is 99 per cent, almost one hundred. I still have two years on my contract. I have unfinished business there.”
