Harry Redknapp has suggested on talkSPORT (9:48am, February 17, 2023) that he would be open to taking the Leeds United managerial job.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United manager has said that he would go to Leeds and help them out.
However, the Englishman believes that he is not going to get the Leeds managerial role.
Redknapp has added that no one from the Premier League club has been in contact with him.
The Mirror reported this week that the 75-year-old has told Leeds that he is ready to help them out.
The Premier League club are on the hunt for a new manager following the sacking of Jesse Marsch.
Marsch was sacked after a run of poor results in the Premier League.
The West Yorkshire club are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
Leeds are 17th in the Premier League table at the moment with 19 points from 22 matches, just a point above the bottom three.
Redknapp has been without a managerial job since 2017 when he was in charge of Birmingham City.
The Englishman has had a very successful managerial career and has been in charge of big clubs such as West Ham and Tottenham in the past.

Redknapp joked: “I would do it, but it coincides with Cheltenham week, so I can’t miss Cheltenham.”
The Englishman said when asked if there have been any conversations: “No, I don’t know where it has come from. Someone rang me yesterday. I asked him, ‘What are you talking about? It’s not April 1st, is it?”
Redknapp added: “Yeah, I would do it. I would love it. I wouldn’t say no anywhere, but I am not going to get the Leeds job. There’s not a chance. But if someone asked to go in and work there…”
