Carlos Corberan has been linked with the Leeds United exit this summer.

While Marcelo Bielsa has already handed Leeds a massive boost this summer by committing to another year at the helm at Elland Road, Andrea Radrizzani may be wise to consider making some preparations for life after the Argentinian.
Bielsa has introduced an identity that could benefit the Whites long after his tenure has come to an end. But naming the right successor is crucial to that process.
And that is exactly why Leeds must do everything they can to keep Carlos Corberan at Elland Road amid reports that he has been offered a managerial job elsewhere.
The Yorkshire Evening Post reported at the weekend that Cultural Leonesa had approached the Spaniard about becoming their next manager, and it remains to be seen how Corberan responds to the offer.

Corberan has done an outstanding job with the under-23s at Thorp Arch, and he is now frequently sat on the bench during the first-team games. It appears that if anyone is going to be able to succeed Bielsa, it could well be Corberan.
Of course, letting Corberan manage a first-team and weighing up a future approach to bring him back to Elland Road could be an idea worth considering. But continuing to work under Bielsa is surely going to be more beneficial for the under-23 boss.
There a number of players that the fans are desperate to see stay at Leeds this summer. But perhaps losing Corberan would also have to go down as a huge blow if he does decide to take the Cultural Leonesa job.
