The young defender has impressed during his loan spell away from Leeds United.

Leeds United have several players out on loan and one of them, defender Lewie Coyle, has been especially impressive of late.
The 22-year-old, who can play as a right-back or a right wing-back, has produced some encouraging performances for Fleetwood Town this season and especially caught the eye in the goalless draw against Premier League side Leicester City in the FA Cup third round last weekend.

A player who is dependable defensively, Coyle also poses a significant attacking threat, as demonstrated by the fact that he has provided five assists across all competitions this season.
Coyle has amassed 23 senior appearances for Leeds so far and the progress that he has made during this spell at Fleetwood may well encourage his parent club to include him in their first-team squad next season.

In the long term getting ahead of Luke Ayling, who is firmly established as Leeds’ first-choice right-back, will be a very difficult task for Coyle, but the youngster at least deserves an opportunity to be a back-up player.
It will be intriguing to see what the next step is for Coyle after this season but he is certainly doing all he can to give himself a chance of succeeding at Leeds.
