The Leeds United-linked winger Crysencio Summerville has started following the club on Instagram.

Leeds agreed a fee with Summerville’s club Feyenoord last week, according to Algemeen Dagblad.

And the Dutch outlet claimed that the teenage talent would sign a three-year contract at Elland Road, pending a successful medical.

But while Summerville’s move has yet to materialise, it does appear to be on the cards still, given the following development.

Leeds’ deal for Summerville cost as little as €1 million (around £910,000), according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

Summerville, who is said to have refused to extend his Feyenoord contract beyond the end of this season, scored or made five goals in 21 Eredivisie games while on loan to ADO Den Haag last term.

As well as Leeds, the Netherlands Under-19 international has been linked with moves to a number of British clubs, including Wolverhampton Wanderers and Glasgow Rangers.

It remains to be seen whether Summerville will be considered for immediate first-team action, if he arrives at Leeds.

His move could be the catalyst for another right-sided youngster, Jordan Stevens, to join Swindon Town.
