The Leeds United target previously praised the Liverpool star, something that wouldn’t have gone down well at Manchester United.

It looks like Leeds United-linked Daniel James might be preparing for a move to Manchester United, going by what he did regarding a Liverpool player recently.
Manchester United are strongly fancied to sign the Swansea City bullet in a £15 million deal [The Mirror], though TEAMtalk reported this week that Leeds hadn’t given up hope.
But according to The Mirror, the 21-year-old Welsh winger has deleted a tweet involving Liverpool’s Mo Salah.
The report claims that James praised Salah on the social media platform a year ago.
A Man United fan found the tweet and told him to delete it, given the rivalry between the Red Devils and Liverpool, and soon after the message about Salah vanished.
On a football level, James is the real deal.
He nearly joined Leeds back in January and had even travelled to West Yorkshire to be unveiled, only for City to pull the plug at the last minute.
What a coup it would be for the Whites’ boss Marcelo Bielsa to sign him now but, with the competition now so fierce, it seems a very tall order.
