Leeds linked striker finally clinches big money move.

A couple of loose ends from Leeds United’s 2018 transfer pursuits can be tied up today.
Firstly Jerry Mbakogu spoke out on his failed Elland Road switch, and now reported target Aleksandar Prijovic has finally left PAOK.
Former Derby forward Prijovic was claimed to be a Leeds target last January by Goal.
Prijovic has scored for fun in Greece, netting 55 goals in 86 games for PAOK, with 18 coming this season already.
The Serbian international looked primed for a big move, and now Leeds can formally scratch him off their list.
Prijovic has clinched a transfer to Saudi side Al Ittihad, after the club met his £8.8 million release clause, Greek outlet Agona Sport confirmed.

The prolific goalscorer will no doubt continue to rattle in the goals for his new side, but given the weak strength of the league, it will be tough to assess how good Prijovic really is.
Leeds moved for Patrick Bamford instead last summer, taking themselves out of the running for Prijovic.
What they need now is for the former Middlesbrough forward to stay fit and start living up to his price tag and show Leeds made the right choice.
