The Whites captain and several teammates unveiled the new home kit at the Elland Road Centenary Pavilion.
Leeds United captain Liam Cooper has given his thoughts on the club’s new home kit (Yorkshire Evening Post) following its unveiling on Tuesday, also taking to Twitter to acknowledge the club’s centenary season being under way.
Cooper and several of his Whites teammates modelled United’s new home kit at the Elland Road Centenary Pavilion, the shirt featuring a centenary crest to mark the 100-year anniversary of the club’s existence.
Speaking to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Leeds skipper said of the new home shirt: “It’s a lovely kit. I don’t think there’s been a bad kit since I’ve been here. Hopefully we can perform well in it.”

The Leeds senior squad will face two fellow Yorkshire sides in quick succession this week, taking on York City at Bootham Crescent on Wednesday evening at 7pm BST and then taking on Guiseley a day later at 7:45pm BST.
After the local friendlies, the Whites fly out to Australia, where they will take on Manchester United in Perth on 17 July before facing A-League side Western Sydney Wanderers in New South Wales three days later, and then will take on Serie A side Cagliari in Italy on 27 July (Yorkshire Evening Post).
After pre-season, Leeds begin their Championship season away at Bristol City on Sunday 4 August.
