Leeds United have made a fine start to their 2018/19 campaign.

Leeds legend Ediie Gray spoke exclusively to LUTV in the aftermath of the Whites’ 1-1 draw with Millwall at the New Den yesterday, and shared how he sometimes thinks that his former side need to get the ball forward quicker.
The former Leeds boss did admit that Marcelo Bielsa is being proved right in sticking to his passing principles, however.
Leeds currently sit comfortably at the top of the Championship table, having won four and drawn three of their opening seven league outings.
Bielsa has brought a wonderfully exciting brand of expansive football to Elland Road, and you would be hard pushed to find a Leeds fan who is not happy with the job being done by the Argentine.
And Gray, who spent time at Elland Road both as a player and manager, explained how he would like to see Leeds get the ball forward quicker sometimes, when speaking exclusively to LUTV:

“He always keeps the system the same as that’s how he plays the game. I don’t think we’ll see that change, he has been on the record in saying that as that’s how he wants to play the game. Even when you are down sometimes, you are thinking ‘get the ball forward a little bit quicker’. The team continue to pass it around and they got their rewards. The thing is that so far this season, every game we have played, he has been proven right.”
Next up for Leeds is a home game against Preston North End on Tuesday, and it would take a brave man to bet against Bielsa’s side chalking up another three points.
