It looks like Izzy Brown might be closing in on a Leeds United debut.

Leeds United Head of Medical Rob Price has told The Yorkshire Evening Post that Izzy Brown is finally ‘fully fit’.
The Chelsea-owned midfielder joined Leeds last summer but hasn’t yet made his debut for the Championship side following an injury-ravaged season.
The 22-year-old has been impressing for the Whites’ Under-23 side in recent weeks, and Price claims that the former Huddersfield Town loanee is available for selection when Marcelo Bielsa needs him ready.
“Izzy from our point of view is fully fit. Now it’s for him to produce on the pitch what the coaching staff need from him, which is learning the movements we do in training and everything else,” he told The YEP.
“He’s still doing gym work with us but he’s training fully with the team and involved in Under-23s games. He’s fine.”
It’s a cliche, but Brown could really be like a new signing for Leeds – and one they badly need.
Samu Saiz’s departure to Getafe in December has left a space in United’s creative department and maybe, just maybe, Brown is the number 10 that Bielsa needs.
The Argentine coach has been playing Tyler Roberts in that playmaker role as of late, but the Wales international is a striker by trade and Brown’s emergence could see him displace the former West Brom man.

The promotion-chasing Whites visit Middlesbrough this weekend and it’ll be interesting to see if Bielsa includes Brown.
