Someone at Leeds United have played down the QSI rumour.

A staff member at Leeds United has rubbished suggestions that Andrea Radrizzani is negotiating the sale of the club with Qatari Sports Investment.
There were widespread reports last month that QSI were set to takeover the Elland Road club.
Calciomercato reported that Radrizzani had been left ‘very disappointed’ with Leeds’ failure to win Premier League promotion and that he was considering a sale to former business partner Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who runs Paris Saint-Germain.
But Mooney, the Whites’ Head of Media and Communication, has told the same publication that there is no truth to the speculation.
He said, when asked by Calciomercato if there was any truth to the rumour: “Not at all. Nasser is a close personal friend of Andrea Radrizzani. They worked together on BeIN Sports and they remain friends with business interests.”
The trail went cold for a few weeks but French publication Le Parisien reported earlier this week that the consortium were willing to spend £70 million on buying Leeds.
QSI views United as a club in ‘good condition’ on and off the pitch and time will tell whether an official offer is lodged.
It’s been a slow transfer window for Leeds. This week saw the addition of many new players, though the significant ones who arrived have only been on loan. The rest are young and unproven players.
